All people of the Episcopal Dioceses of Eastern and Western Michigan are invited to take part in our online Service of Christmas Lessons and Carols. Readers and musicians from across the two dioceses are preparing to safely offer a service that will premiere on the Facebook Pages of Eastern Michigan and Western Michigan on Sunday, December 20th at 3pm.
Following the premiere, the entirety of the service will be available for download for individual parish use. An accompanying bulletin will include both English and Spanish translations for all spoken sections. Please read below for details and instructions.
This service is a collaboration of the diocesan offices of youth ministry and evangelism.
Eastern and Western Michigan congregations are permitted to utilize the linked files in their local worship. Streaming the musical files in online worship does require the parish to hold the appropriate license.
The available recordings include the service as a whole as well as the individual readings and music.
